GROW UP!!!! Most of the shows on TV now have sexual references, or leave little to the imagination. Why don't we just ban everything?

I know they are sexually immoral, but they're fun to watch. I love watching the weddings and cry when someone dies. But to answer your question, no they shouldn't be canceled. I am glad that Passions is no longer on NBC. I can't stand the wichcraft. All the other soaps I watch has now witchcraft but Passions.

A lot of things in life are immoral to certain people, but does it stop them from doing it? Soaps have been around longer than any other show on tv. They are new shows each day, so you never have repeats. The plots are the way they are to catch the viewers attention. You obviously watch them since you think they are sexually immoral. But other than your objection to them, they do bring up subjects that are helpful to women such as rape, teenage pregnancy and divorce. Don't knock everything you see.

no the soap operas should not be canceled. look at it this way if u don't want to watch them. don't. if u don't want the kids to watch them put a lock on the TV. People always blame the TV for something if theirs is to much sex, or violence,. its always in the parents hands and responsibility to take care of it.

i dont watch soap operas, but if theyre on, change the channel if u dont like them! everyone has the right to watch w/e they choose, so a variety of shows should stay on tv to meet the viewers needs. i dont like watching football--- should all football programs b canceled if i put up an argument that its too violent for young children?
