Yes I do. I'm no cheapo either, I hand out the full size babies, non of this fun size stuff. It's usually the variety box of snickers, twix, nestle crunch, twizzlers and starburst.

No. So many parents won't let their children even eat the candy anymore (and with good reason!) I usually go to the dollar store and put together some little "gift bags" or just buy a bunch of Halloween pencils- something like that the kids can play with or use at school. It is a waste of money to buy candy, because they don't usually get to eat it anyway!

I usually hand out Hershey's Minitatures and Kisses until about 7:00. Once the sun goes down all the older kids (13 and up) with no costumes come around begging with plastic grocery bags to see if we have any candy left!

Of course, I load up their bags with every kind of goodie there is. Getting expensive these days. Need about $50 for all the candy with the amount of kids that come by here. I live in the city proper of Chicago.

Yep. We usually buy one or two big bags of good candy like Snickers, Milky Way or Mr. Goodbar and then one or two big bags of cheaper candies like gummies or lollipops. The nicer the kids (and parents), the better the candy they get.

Yes I do. I always make little bags of candy. I put Suckers,Smarties,tooties rolls and Reeses cup and I buy those little mini chocolate bars and put 2 in each bag. I buy cheaper candy and mix it with the hard candies

No. Our house sits on the middle of our land and is gated. No kids ever come up to our house. :( I miss that cause I used to love handing out candy and seeing the costumes.
I'd give chocolate to the cutest ones and other stuff to the kids that were too old to be doing it anyway. lol
