Yes. Don't go in the pool without a tampon if you are bleeding. No matter what some people say, water does not stop your period, and it will get in the water without a tampon.

Yes it's infact a tampon hun.
It will stop the bleeding from going into the pool, use a tampon not a pad.

Yes. If you are going swimming you HAVE to wear a tampon. Water does NOT stop a period.

You MUST use a tampon when you swim.
Your period will not stop nor slow down in water, it only gets dispersed.
