How they can just put up those "drug free school zone" signs and suddenly all the problems are gone!

Ha! What a bunch of crock! At the middle school where I live, there is a sign out front that says "We are smoke free... and proud of it". Yeah, sure.... as if all the kids will stay away from smoking just because the sign says so. Ha!

Since those signs work so well .... they should put them up all over the country & especially in Washington DC .... I don't know what they're smoking .... but its got to illegal too.
