Yeah... I kinda know how you feel... I don't like anyone ruining the movie, so I try to go to the early shows... Not very many people go to those

I've only had issue with teenagers once and really they stopped acting up when the movie started, it is grown men with cell phones that do not seem to think of anything other than themselves. Or grown men encouraging there little spawn to act up, like the one white trash guy who was running around and letting his brat throw things at the screen, now that is disrespectful.
oh by the way the it was a pg-13 movie the dad took his brat to see, just so people don't think I went of on an other topic =)

Well... as much as they "ruin" the movie for you ... your own actions contribute to this because you haven't made enough of a fuss with the managers at the theatre to get them to come in and STOP those kids from ruining your experience.
They've LONG since stopped ushering theatres at most of multiplexes ... so it's up to the customer to report incidents to the managers. They don't realize there's a problem (or choose to ignore it) until someone issues a complaint. If your experience was marred by the "loud and obnoxious" audience members - talk to the managers and they'll try to help you out (might even give you free passes for another screening)

Surprisingly, the problem I have isn't with teens at the theater, it's with the adults. The last movie I went to see was rated "R" for a reason yet the woman a few rows behind me brought her toddlers with her and allowed them to run up and down the aisle throughout the movie. And when I see a scary movie, it's ALWAYS the adults that will talk and act like fools not the younger ones.

They're teenagers- unfortunately most of them don't have consciences or care about other people's feelings. They do stupid things because, in a sense, they ARE stupid! Go to an early show, or wait for it to come out on DVD. Happy Movie-ing!

I know. That is so annoying.... but I also know alot of "grown up" men who do it too. The other day I was watching Under dog and all these guys could do was talk, play with their phones, and run around. These guys werent even teenagers.... they were men.
