Any Bush's pronunciation is better? Not quite.
Carter has far more knowledge of nuclear things than any president before him as he worked side by side with Admiral Hyman Rickover in developing the Atomic Subs

I distinctly remember him saying that "mah liddle dottah Amy" told him the "the most impohtahnt issue in this campaign" was "Nookeeah po'ifahashun".
At least Bush can pronounce the letter "L" when it isn't at the start of a word.

Carter had Amy and the Clintons had Chelsea. I have never seen 2 uglier kids. Is that why their parents only had one kid?
