I bet there isn't one other nucular engineer in the world who says nucular.

Oddly, Dems forget all about Carter and how "goofy" he was.

I can understand a non-nuclear person saying it wrong.

But, Carter? a NUCULAR officer?

Maybe more people would remember if Carter came as close as Bush has to starting a NUCULAR war.

Is Jimmy Carter running for office? That's news to me! As for Bush-go to open secrets and see who the Defense Industry has financed in elections since 1994. See how much the credit card companies gave for Bush's re-election. So what if Carter studied Nuclear Science? What wars did he start or tried to start? Bush set the all-time record for most people worldwide to simultaneously take to the streets to protest against him (15 million people), shattering the record for protest against any person in the history of mankind.

Lots of people say "nucular". It's not just GWB and Carter. I'd have to take your word on Carter saying it though, as I was barely old enough to talk when he left office.

Do conservatives realize that making fun of Jimmy Carter really doesn't get them anywhere in a conversation with grown ups? He was the president over 27 years ago. It's time to live in the now.

You realize that you're defending the President by saying he's doing the same thing that one of the worst presidential failures of the 20th century did, yes?

Dwight Eisenhower and Bill Clinton also said it, incidentally.

The President, however, is the only one to utter the following profundities:

"Rarely is the question asked, is our childrens learning?"

"I know the human beings and fish can coexist peacefully."

"Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we."

"Make no mistake about it, I understand how tough it is, sir. I talk to families who have had members die."

"I think that the vice president is a person reflecting a half-glass-full mentality."

"You're working hard to put food on your family."

"Too many good doctors are getting out of the business. Too many OB/GYNs aren't able to practice their love with women all across the country."

"Families are where our nation finds hope, where dreams take wing."

"This is still a dangerous world. It's a world of madmen and uncertainty and potential mential losses."

"There's an old saying in Tennessee, I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee that says: fool me once, shame on... shame on you. You fool me can't get fooled again."

"You teach a child to read, and he or her will be able to pass a literacy test."

"Childrens do learn."

Remember, It`s only a valid point to the Dems to cast stones as thats all they have to reach for.
Us Repubs could not have cared less, there were more important issues out there and frankly grammer was not one.
I know many people including newscasters that butcher the English language on a daily basis.

As we know Dem's have a short memory. Bush proposed a retirement savings plan early in his presidency and pundits laughed at him. Hillary does it and suddenly it's the best idea ever devised. Bias and ignorance.

Jimmy Carter was the worst president in history. Our military was so weak under him it was an embarrassment. The failed Iranian hostage rescue mission illustrates that. Does he have Alzheimer's disease? The Democrats have always wanted to keep the masses dumb in order to maintinan votes. When people wise up, the Democrates go nuts.

Well, anyone whose arguing points are, how someone speaks, or looks has no argument. That goes for those who make fun of Bush or Hillary, or whoever. If you don't like someone, fine, but don't argue with the way they speak or look. It makes you look dumb.
