Tried to answer some questions and I'm getting blocked it says:
You have reached your daily limit for answering questions. For more information on daily participation limits
I clicked the help button but I'm still confused as to why I've reached my "daily limit."

USA GUY, When you or anyone else starts using this site for some reason the questions and answers are limited by the network. However it takes less than a month and a few answered questions, or asked questions for them to pop you loose with an unlimited amount of useage.
The same identical thing happened to me last year when I started trying to help people by answering car maintenance & repair problems.

It depends on your level. If your at level one you have a daily limit for answering questions. Before you can answer more questions per day, you have to change level by earning points.

If you just joined, yahoo sets you at level one. At that level, you can only answer a certain amount of questions per day. There are restrictions at each level. As you move up levels, the restrictions become less and less.
