Well, that depends on if it's natural birth or a C-section, I'd want to see the C-section, but not a natural birth. And surgery is fun to watch too. But sometimes I just can't stand it.
Have you heard of the game "Under the Knife"? It's for the Nintendo DS, and you get to do tons of surgeries!

I think watching the delivery of a baby is one of the most disgusting things I've ever seen. I'd much rather watch a surgery.
