Tires out of balance or cupped

Do not discount the possibility is simply a bad tire. Also there are balance weights on the drive shaft as well. If these fall off they can cause a vibration as well.

It's tough to give a good suggestion without more info though.

You might possibly need new tires. Along with this I would suggest an alignment if the alignment of your tires is causing them to cup or wear unevenly. Another thing that can indirectly affect this is shocks. When these go out, they can cause your tires to become chopped, causing road noise and potential vibration. Take your car to your mechanic and have them look at it to be sure of the cause.

Drive shafts need to be ballanced too.

If it was removed and damaged at all, it could be out of ballance.

Are the u-joint cups installed properly? (centered in the yoke)

The drive shaft spins REALY fast.

ADDED:
With the parking brake set, and transmission in neutral, slide under van and try hard to shake the drive shaft. (it should not wiggle or move at all)

Most likely the angles of the transmission and angle of the differential are different under normal loading. The angles should be the same + or - 1.5 degrees. Worn trans motor mounts or weak leaf springs. causing the diff angle to be wrong.

check the pinion shaft on differential for up and down movement, or leaks, it can cause this because under power it is tight and idling it loosens the gear mating
