I'd rather vomit......it's no big deal if you can't make it to the bathroom in time and have to vomit in an office wastebasket/garbage can/air sickness bag......diarrhea on the other hand, is best reserved for toilets....
Imagine being on a transcontinental flight and trying to poop into an air sickness bag from your window seat?
Yeah....vomitting is better

I would rather be vomitting than have diahhrea. At least you have more control over vomitting, and you can pretty much do it wherever you need to. And it doesn't get you quite as messy!
