I want to open an checking account with HSBC and wanted to hear from you guys...

Yes, it's an old established bank and I've been satisfied with their services all these years.

Considering their commercials where they say HSBC a zillion time, I closed my accounts. To me this type of ads put the bank as good as Head On is for headaches. I guess if you require a bank where your money is safe, HSBC should be as good as any big ones... I just personally don't like to be brainwashed by their brand marketing when I am waiting at the bank.
