I currently have a Geforce Nvidia 8500GT with 256MB, for an upgrade what would you recommend? (Price ranging from 0-350)

If you can go up to $350, look at the 8800 series, possibly an 8800GTS. Get the 320MB version if you play on 1280x1024 or something similar, get the 620MB version if you play on high resolutions. If you can afford it, the GTX version is even better.
