What a dilemma he would have on his hands. He might grow a pair of boobs of his own.
Seriously though, nothing happens. Breast milk, is just that, milk. Nutritional, and harmless. Babies drink it so no difference if a adult has a sip.

Nothing bad. It is made to be ingested. In fact, many couples find it enjoyable.
It is very common when a woman is breastfeeding. Sex can actually stimulate let-down.

When my wife was pregnant she'd have target practice with my mouth....she got good too.....sometimes though she'd squirt my eye
