It's usually pretty mild in L.A. all year around...
February is a tough call because we're coming out of our winter (which usually consists of 70-degree days with an occassional rain storm) ... it's usually very nice and not cold at all (in my opinion).

RE:
Does Los Angeles have good weather in February?
Is it sunny? Warm? Hot?
None of the above?
Do you think this should stop me from going in February if it's too cold?

See a superstar; sip a mixture on a beach club at sunset; wear a set of custom shoes in a ultra-luxurious store in Beverly Hills; play at Universal Studios Hollywood design park, examine world-class museums, or party the night out in a starlet-filled club…..this are just someof what exactly you will dsicover in Los Angeles, discover this city with hotelbye . Los Angeles may be the California's liveliest town; could be the entertainment capital of America, with megastar wattage and nonstop activities. Hollywood could be the most-see attractions in Los Angeles. That place attracts millions of readers each year who vacation there to pay for homage with their beloved stars and possibly even get a view of a couple of popular personalities. And sometimes they are lucky!

The average temperature is around 68 or 69 degrees in February. Which in my opinion is warm but not swimming weather. Los Angeles doesn't get that much rain so it'll probably be sunny most of the time .

I'm from Northern California, but had to live in LA for 4 years. I hated the hot smoggy weather down there, especially summers. The winters were the exception though. When the tail ends of our west coast storms would brush by southern California they can cleanse everything and push out all the nasty air. Then when the sun comes back after a brief rainy or cloudy session, you can see giant mountains, that are right next to you, but have been enshrouded in airborne filth for the last 9-10 months.
Yeah yeah yeah, I've heard it all: it used to be worse in the 70's and 60's, but it's still intolerable now. Winter can bring you luck as a visitor though.

These answers are all over the place!
The weather in LA is pretty mild. Not hot enough to go swimming at the beach, but nice enough where there isn't 13 feet of snow around you like on the east coast. It's pretty nice. And, February is right around the corner from spring.

L.A. never gets TOO cold, lol. It probably won't be hot, it might be a little rainy, but you don't have to worry about temperatures under 60 degrees during the day. If you're hoping to go during beach weather, I would suggest you hold off until May when it's warm but not too hot. If you need suggestions of where to go and what to do while you're out there, let me know! :)

I've lived there most of my life. By comparison to the east coast, or Texas, LA weather can't be beat. It's never (almost never) too hot, and it never (way almost never) snows.
Yeah, you get your cold days and an occasional freeze, but it's gone in a day or two.
Too many people is the reason I left. I'm in Utah now. It's hot and cold, but the place is much more pleasant to live.

It's usually a little chilly, and it's the drizzle season, so you might get spat upon. Having said that, it's never really *that* cold in LA. I used to go to Disneyland in February all the time.
