i downloaded one of each of thoes and i cant figure out hot to open them. all i see on the screen is a small incon that looks like a pice of paper with a symble in the center.

Those are proprietary disc image files, meaning that unlike ISO files these types can only be opened by the program that created them. I am assuming you meant DAA, which is PowerISO, and UIF is Magic ISO.

Those are disc image files. They can be burned to CD or DVD of appropriate type using appropriate burn programs, or they can be mounted by virtual drive programs.
