The average cost can be anywhere between $4000 to $8000. Silicone is usually more than saline. Size usually has no effect on price. Some women have successfully breastfed after their surgery, however there are some who cannot. My surgeon pointed out to me that there are some women who've never had implants but still cannot breastfeed. You'll never know until you have the kid.

I live in Nevada and it is about 4000.00 here. So it depends on where you live. In Utah they are about 3,000.00 and yes you can still breast feed. My daughter did anyway.
