I don't think much would change. There'd probably be some shift, improving the economy through promoting with tax incentive 21st century engineering and solar and wind energy, rather than 19th century backward technology, and the old-oil money.

Don't worry...Gore will not run...trying to fix the US of A after Bush and company is a much bigger problem than global warming and all he will get is a bunch of screwed up conservatives belly aching all day and night. I say let Rudy get it and soon we will become part of China as they own most of the US of A anyway.

Birds will sing. Flowers will bloom. To be honest, he is not running, so he has not formed a platform, so we don't know. He definitely would reverse much of what Bush did in terms of the environment. I am sure we would plan to pull out of Iraq. And of course, the Internet would play a much bigger role in everyday life. I wish he would run, but he will not.

Republicans would try their best to blame Iraq on him. If the economy goes into a tailspin due to Bush's policies, they would try to blame it on Gore. They would make fun of his weight gain. They would find a way to say he is anti-american, anti-troops. Talk radio and Faux news would continue to make fun of people who believe that science and reason is more important than talking loud outside your area of expertise.
