I think you mean nicotine stains? They can be cleaned with bleach and water. Prime then paint, Best advice. Smoke outside.

i remeber when my mother in law quit smoking. we went thru the house and cleaned it. the sight of the yellowish cig. smoke stains was absolutly disgusting! the walls, furnitures, bedsheets/blanets, curtains etc.everything looked so bright and nice and clean afterwrds best thing to do is quit. if thats not an option, smoke outside:)

Quit smoking and only allow others to smoke out doors, on your porch, deck or doorstep.
