the order tracking service I do not think it is working.
I recently move to BT.
Order through Internet take ages for them to contact you back.
Phone them is the best way.
And they will call your BT landline to give you information about your order processing.
Otherwise, if you can go online, go to the BT website, creat your account and add your landline to it.
You can track your order when you log into your account.
