Next step is retaining his Income Tax Refund. My wifes ex just got his notice in the mail (we got a copy). Florida is a little slow but they do get it done.

Jail. Possibly garnishment of wages. If he is driving around without a license then eventually he will get pulled over and get in trouble for driving without a license.

i'm uncertain if driving on revoked registration might actually land you in detention center. it may avert you from being waiting to rigidity the motor vehicle till that's legal. while became the final time you had the visitation dealt with in a courtroom? while you're definitely worried on your son's protection, i might seem to set perhaps supervised visitation on independent territory. I definitely might permit him know that if his vehicle isn't legal (with data), that your son is going nowhere in it. whilst I agree that if the fool refuses to pay baby help, he should not be allowed to have something to do with your son, the courts do not see it that way. baby help and visitation are 2 finished entities interior the courts eyes. the two way, i might heavily look into re comparing the completed visitation element.

Once the balance is high enough, his passport will be revoked - or if he does not have one he won't be able to get one.
