I ate 9 donuts in one sitting and all my coworkers laugh about it. So today I only had 5 and bagel and they were saying geeze are you slowing down?

Donuts are the worst "breakfast" food for you. One regular size PLAIN donut can have 200 calories...think about what you ate.

I think three is too many! But I am going by the fact that after eating two I feel very sick. I guess if you can eat nine donuts and still move afterwards, go for it ;)
