They are all actually different games, and play differently.
Save the Homeland: The oldest of the three mentioned. You have 2 years to reach any of a rather large number of endings. After you "win" you can do a 'New Game+' where you start a new game with everything you had in the last game to try to get another ending.
Wonderful Life: Plays in chapters. In a lot of ways, very linear. You WILL get married, you WILL have a kid, you WILL retire when he gets old enough. (Though I think you go into a sandbox mode after that.)
Magical Melody: The most recent AND most traditionally HM game of the ones here. LOTS of things to spend money on (buy land, buy buildings, etc.) Has a minor goal of unlocking all the Magical Melody notes and freeing the Harvest Goddess, but play continues after that.

a wonderful life do not get save the homeland it sucks i have it. You cant get married the maps small and you cant do many things but a wonderful life is the exact opposite

yeah same magical melody was pretty good but wonderful life is still better.
