If it's tempered glass 9mm or 12mm,if it's soft glass,twice that thickness.
That's a fairly large tank (260 gallons). You might wish to consider a tank with fiber-glassed plywood sides and a Plexiglas viewing window on one side. It's safer for your floors in the long run.

I would consider going with acrylic instead of glass
which should be at least 2.5 com thick
