How can you "chat" & get reported on Y!A??? What does that mean?

Questions like how are you, how old are you, where are you from, are considered chatting its a violation on Yahoo Answers.....I think its stupid to get violations for questions like that

They say that this is for Questions and Answers only so they consider that if it is not a direct enough question than it is "chat" and will be deleted and/or violated!! I know, they have gotten me a couple of times over stupid things!!

If you direct your question or answer toward one specific person, it is considered chatting. The trolls will report you.
