I've already worked out, went grocery shopping & stopped @ Kohls this morning. When I got home, my dog was so excited to see me that it made me feel good. I was only gone for 3 hours but she acted like she hadn't seen me in a week!

On my construction project, we have a potentially very harmful situation with some foreign steel. This morning, as i was reciting the sutra, I imagined the steel being healed and I just got the news that the three buildings in which it would be the most difficult to test and effect repairs, have none of the problematic steel in them.

Yes, I got to introduce the cocker spaniel that I picked-up at the airport yesterday to all my family and friends. She is silver and came from Brazil. She's my 4th one and my last one died Oct. 14th 2006, almost exactly a year ago. For me, I now have sunshine in my life again. My neighbor loves her, and bought her some toys. Oh happy day for me. I wish I could bottle this feeling and send each of you a bottle. That's my happy, positive news. I wish the same for all of you!!

I had brunch with friends. Then we talked and played Rummicube. We had a great time.
Plus it has rained here most of the day. We need the rain, because we're in a drought here. So I celebrate the rain!

Yes. I finally got some robutussin to help my cough. And i also just sent my brother to get me some cheese puffs. Im very happy with my day so far!
