I think it's not true. I remember the age is 18. But I am not very clear. Maybe u can get the exact answer on a site called bikerkiss. There are many motorcyclists there, including some motorcyclists from oklahoma. I think they will give u the exact answer.

You can receive a limited permit at the age of 14 in Oklahoma, It limits the max size of motorcycle, the hours you can ride it, hour before sunrise to hour after sunset(not sure on that part). And you are not allowed to carry a passenger.
Get the motorcycle license testing book at any highway patrol testing station for free, and you can find out. Oh, by the way, you also have to have a signed waiver from parent or guardian

14 or 14 1/2, with a 125cc last I remember, might be 250 cc now, just call the Oklahoma Highway Patrol as they do the testing for you. I got mine when I was 14 for a 125cc enduro. As for mopeds, maybe if they are over 50cc due to the fact anything under 50cc barely goes 35mph

You can get a motorcycle license at 14 in Ok. You are limited to no larger than 250cc.
I live in Stillwater and there are kids at the Junior High with motorcycles. But just because you can does not mean you should.
