When I had my tarantula I was always worried about that happening.
I would check all tight warm places.

In dark places. Get out your flashlight and start looking under the furniture and beds!

in wall, holes, shoes, clothes. ewww. i remember the big spider my nana found. ugh and it looked just like a tarantula!!!
