Since Britian is for the most part friendly to us she should be able to but she should consult an attorney.

As long as there is a court order of support THE CHILD is entitled to be supported, he could move to the moon and he would still be required to pay. It may take a longer process to get him to pay if he refuses but the court order stands.

Child support cannot be enforced from another country. And worse, if the children visit him he could keep them and it would be very difficult to get the children back as custody laws do not transcend to another country.

Best you could do would be to try and get and injunction in the court to keep him here in this country as long as his children are minors. I am not even sure you can do that but it might be possible.

Good luck.

Legally one is always required to support his child/children.
However actually collecting it, is the problem. Not being a US citizen could further complicate the matter. If he chooses not to pay, he'll probably get away with not paying.

No you can not get money from someone in another country..BUT...the us can put a lean against him and if he ever tries to re enter the country they can take his passport away and prevent him from traveling inside the USA
