When we sleep we often work out issues that we deal with in daily life. If I had this dream, I would act upon it, and make an effort to say hello to her, be in the break room when she's on break. Don't stalk her! Just say hello, and smile, if you want to say anything further, just say "did you do anything different with your hair today.....it looks really pretty!"
See if she responds back.
If she does wait a day or 2 and pass her in the Hall and say Hi, how's your day going.
It's common to say hello to coworkers, in these busy times we forget to be social or civil.
i do think that the dream represents that you would like a friend, and she appeared in the dream.
it was a happy friendship.
Why not say hello to her.
*i wouldn't say "I HAD A DREAM ABOUT YOU LAST NIGHT"
that would scare her away and label you a stalker.
I often have dreams about family, friends, co-workers.
When I do, it's my sleeping mind telling me to give them a call, or compliment them or check in on them.

It means your looking for a serious relationship. Because the dream was about some one so random. I think it meant you were open for some mystery. Cause you don't know her . I think it represents your need for a mysterious romance. Like someone that's not normally your type. Your bored and lonely.

According to freud you would like to know bwtter your coworker because that is your unconsious willing and was expreesed in your dream. also accordisn to other theories you saw that dream because in your mind were activated informations accoring your coworker. in other approches other explanations..
