There are web worms every where I need to get rid of them. Can any one give me suggestions? The tree is in another apartment about 5 down and will be taken down....but in the mean time what can I do.

Try a hose end sprayer with with teaspoon of Dawn dishwashing liquid per gallon. This should do the trick

Many beneficial insects attack the egg and larvae of fall webworms. You can help these predetors and parasites get to their fall webworm prey by tearing open the webs.
If you don't want to deal with that then you can use insecticides containing Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt), carbaryl (Sevin), chlorpyrifos (Lorsban), malathion, tebufenozide (Confirm 2F), spinosad (Spintor), and methoxyfenozide (Intrepid 2F) are effective.

Cut down the tree.

Make a torch (long stick and rag) and roast them. Worked for me. GGR
