If I bear in techniques properly, the final expected no longer straight forward freeze in SD is close to mid-February. I lived in Rainbow and Temecula. do no longer shrink back freeze broken plant life in advance of the final freeze. It makes the plant decide for to supply new growth that must be broken to that end freakin' the damaging plant out.
