there's a petcock on the very bottom of it that will allow you to drain all of the coolant out of it,then you can fill it back up,I'm hoping you do plan on using a 50/50 mix of coolant and water back in it,other wise you will have problems from it,good luck with it.

First off, don't do it.
The Tracker, like most gasoline engine cars, needs coolant in the cooling system to keep the engine from overheating or from freezing. Adding plain water will leave you open to doing damage to the engine that will be expensive to fix.
If you're running low on coolant, there is a plastic jug toward the back of the engine compartment where you can top off the fluid.
Use a coolant / antifreeze that matches the current color. If you have green coolant, add green only. Same if the fluid is pink.

I used to have a Purple Hyundai Accent. I got no end of grief from people for that. A lot of people assumed I was gay because of that car. I'm just not a person who pays a lot of attention to insignificant external details like what color a fricking car is. I wanted a cheap car. That was the one that had the options I wanted...and so I bought it. I didn't care what color it was! It was a a freakin' Hyundai, for crying out loud! Who's gonna get all particular about what color a Hyundai is?? My Accent had no Lambo doors. I'm assuming that's what scissor doors are, even though I haven't encountered the term before.

Use the petcock on the bottom of the radiator if equipped. If not pull off the lower radiator hose.
