It's because last night we were asleep and my husband had turned off all the lights but I woke up and I could see three little mirror frames that I have on my wall ..they looked bluish ..and I know that when all the lights are off its really dark and you cant even see them..but I sat up in bed ..half asleep and I kept staring at them..It seemed like they glowed blue.. I didnt think anything bad but Im still concerned,,, I think I was so tired I just fell back to sleep ..then I started having nightmares of that..but I prayed and prayed so I feel better... I was just wondering if maybe energy can be absorbed in the mirror or maybe I was just hallucinating from sleepiness?? Help me!

You say you saw the mirror FRAMES, not the mirrors. The frames may contain some luminous material. You will notice that a fluorescent bulb still glows after it is turned off.

If there is any light source in the room, and there probably is, the mirror will reflect more of it than the surrounding wall.

You might be seeing reflections from lights outside the house. Next time you see them, just put your head into the blue space and look at everything visible from there. Last night there wasn't much moon (it's in a waxing phase), or I'd suggest you were seeing reflections from stuff with moonlight on it. At least get up and view the effect from several angles! Don't just freak out and bury your head.

Advice: look for rational explanations before getting worried over supernatural possibilities. The answer might be interesting! Save your prayers for when they're really needed.

mirrors do not really absorbe light and then emit it latter. But there is most likely light coming from some where and it is adsorbed into the walls when it hits but the mirrors they reflect it instead of absorbing it so you see it as the mirrors glowing simply because its the only thing that is lit up by whatever little light there is.
