I use my PC often, and I wonder if I am being subjected to UV rays from my screen's glare...is this false or fact?

Only if they are reflected from some other source. Monitors do not produce UV.

I've never heard of ultraviolet rays, but if you have a CRT monitor, then you are being exposed to radiation. It is the same type of set up as an xray tube...only not as powerful or damaging. If you have an LCD screen, no worries.
