I would send her a confederate jasmine plant. It is an evergreen. It runs. It does have tiny white blooms in the spring and summer, but it smells heavenly. The green is a very deep dark green, and it stays pretty all year around. So that is my vote. You might also buy her a trellis being that it is a running plant. Here is a link about the plant. http://www.floridata.com/ref/T/trac_jas.cfm

Dracaena (Lucky bamboo)
The number of stalks represent different meanings. They are easy to care for and a way to send her some good fortune.
Here is a site that describes the meaning in the numbers and how they are arranged.

It doesn't really matter what kind of plant. Just make sure it's in a cute pot and attach a note that says I'm Sorry. Just make sure that whatever plant you do get her is really healthy.

Peacy Lillies are nice, but trite. Go to HomeyD, Lowes, even Wallyworld and walk about the garden dept. Listen to the plants, one will tell you "pick me!" and it will be perfect.

Sweet apology idea. GGR
