If democracy is so bad, why are you here? Why can't you let us liberals have the democracy we created in 1776

Samantha Stickers...wow....

first of all, conservatives love democracy and personal freedoms. are you aware of the following 2 things- 1) a REPUBLIC was established in this country. 2) the "Liberals" of today are NOTHING Like the founding fathers were. if they were around today, they would be very fearful of todays "Democrats", who are borderline Socialists.

MoveOn.org, while maybe not dangerous, is dispicable. the "Betray Us" add was about as anti-American as anything anyone has ever done.

It is pretty ironic that the Republicon party defines the word "patriotism" as being unpatriotic. Just because an organization is out to defend America, is not a good enough reason to attack them.

What do Republicans and Al Qieda have in common (other than their business relationships)? They are both out to destroy American democracy. I've had about enough with the Republican fifth column. If democracy is so bad, why are you here? Why can't you let us liberals have the democracy we created in 1776 and you conservatives can go to some country that doesn't believe in democracy and then we both will be happy. I hear that Burma is looking for some corrupt rightwingnutes to help them subjegate the people. You Conservatives would fit right in.

This country is at its best when there is a President that can work with issues between the far right and the far left. Why else do you think Bill Clinton always had a high approval rating even through all the attacks on him from the far right?

They act as good porters for terrorists, but then again, most far-left liberals do too.

They're a tiny independent Web site run by a few individuals who are using their free speech rights to voice their opinion.

But Republicans have chosen to make a big political posturing deal out of them and are screaming bloody murder for some reason.

They must have hit a nerve.
