Don't care. He's not a candidate I would consider voting for.

Let's see. Jimmy Carter, one of the most unpopular presidents of the last half of the 20th century, and perhaps the entire 20th century and even of all time, won a Nobel Peace Prize. Nobody's been beating his door down to run for office again. Listen, Gore didn't win the 2000 election (the electoral college - the part that actually counts) because people found him awkward, boring, stifled, and lacking in good ideas. Oh yeah, and he had a tendency to lie and exaggerate accomplishments. He's gained some popularity among a certain sub-circle of an academic elite because he's advancing some ideas that happen to be popular at the moment. That does not make him a good politician or popular enough with voters to win anything.

If there were an Al Gore, Hillary Clinton ticket, I would vote for it. As well as a Gore/Obama ticket.

As much as I admire Hillary Clinton, I would like to see her as VP first. While more politically experienced (not to mention MUCH more intelligent) than the fool in the Oval Office now. That, if nothing else, would ensure Al Gore's safety from an assassin's bullet.

No, yet a Weight Watchers commercial will be in his destiny. Al could concentration more desirable on American weight problems considering he knows of the challenge first-hand. His time could be more desirable spent.

I don't think so, would depend on who he's running against. But then again, why would he, as a very visible private citizen he can make a lot more money, say what he feels and in a way have more influence on American politics than he would if he was president.

An arbitrary award by a European country has little to do with the sense of the American electorate.

He would win easily. The country is fed up with liars and con-men, from Bush/Cheney to Rush and Hannity. The people can only take so much snake oil. The 'keep them afraid' policy is not working anymore.

Nope
His house of cards about man-made global warming is colasping.

His "docutmentary" now has disclaimers.

Al should stick to making money selling his snake oil.
