Tourist visa is the simpliest, all you need is to contact a travel agent.

Hello,
The main entry requirement of obtaining a visa in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and its seven emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah) are that your passport is valid for at least 2-6 months before your arrival.

A visit visa applies to tourists who wish to spend more than 14 days in the UAE, whether it is to visit relatives or for business purposes.
The kind of visa that you require for entry into the UAE depends on several different factors such as your nationality, the purpose of your planned visit and its planned duration.

If you apply by yourself, you have to come by the Tourist Visa, and if you book your ticket with Emirates or Etihad, they can do it for you, with the fee, of course. The hotel can do for you as well, but they charge extra so I dont recommend.

You can come by visit visa as well, but your fiancee will be the one who apply visa for you with the help of his company (as a sponsor).

If you are coming with the travel agent, they should take care of that for you. Check with them!
