Sounds like Head On. It makes your forehead feel cool. It doesn't cure my headaches but it does make them feel a lot better.

KEEP IN MIND THE HEAD-ON IS JUST A MENTHOL STICK. I SUFFER FROM MIGRAINES AND HERE IS MY TRICK. I BUY THESE PATCHES CALLED SOLANPASS. THEY HAVE AN EXTRA INGREDIENT OTHER THAN JUST THE MENTHOL. YOU CAN GET THEM AT ANY PHARMACY AND THEY ARE OVER THE COUNTER. PUT ONE ON THE BASE OF YOUR SKULL-NECK. THEN TAKE ONE ANACIN. ANACIN DOESNT HAVE AS MUCH CAFFIENE AS EXCEDRINE SO IT TENDS TO NOT MAKE YOU REALLY SHAKY OF FEEL SICK TO YOUR STOMACH.

its called HEAD-ON and it really works I get migraines and it seems to work when you put it on you will feel a tingling sensation
