Yes, I actually did. I usually do, although occasionally if we oversleep it doesn't get made, but I usually at least pull the covers up so it looks a little better than a big mess of covers all in a pile.

You know, its funny.
When I lived with my parents, who nagged me daily to make my bed and clean my room, I never did either.
Now that I have my own apartment, I clean it weekly and make my bed every day.
