I need to know what the point is that is 5.44 away from point (7,3). Possibly one could use the distance formula. I would like to know how you got it also.

(x - 7)² + (y - 3)² = 5.44²
Is the equation of a circle centre(7,3) and radius 5.44.
All points on the circumference are 5.44 away from (7.3)

(x-7)^2 +(y-3)^2 = 5.44^2
Any (x,y) pair that satisfies the above equation is an answer to your question. There is an infinite number of answers.
One would be (7, 8.44).
