My GF has a shady past and cheated on her ex husband. Now I found out, not from her, that this guy who is the brother of one of her best friends who she grew up with asked her out tonight for dinner and drinks and she had declined saying she was busy. Now another guy, who she cheated on her husband with, and recently came into her job, where he use to work and lives only 2 miles from her work, came in and told her he was moving to California. Now today is Friday, the same day that one guy asked her out, and she told me twice yesterday that she was going to a 3pm outing at a casual fine dining with her boss and some co workers to go over an upcoming event. Now she said they were gonna be drinking and some like finger food, and that she would have a light dinner later on with me. Is it possible that she could be seeing one of these 2 guys instead.

Leaving work early, and saying that she is going to be drinking to cover up for any booze that may be on her breath later on when I see her…?....could I just be a paranoid guy? I am NOT a paranoid person whatsoever and very happy, but given her past, should I just trust her and continue like nothing is wrong or should I go with my gut and check to see if she is telling the truth?..please don’t think I sound crazy, I really care and want to know for my own sake if I am wrong or not…HELP!!!

Once a cheater, always a cheater. She does not respect men in general.
You would better to dump her and find someone worth while.
Take care,
Troy

Has she ever done something to YOU to not trust her? You can't judge from a person's past with someone else, you need to look at how things are with you and her. Trust her to go and do as she says, and if she comes home falling down drunk, then next time you have the right to worry. No person in their right mind, for work functions such as this, are going to be getting plastered!

dude, why don't you find a girl who does not have a colorful past, that will save you the stress you are going through. I personally never have been to a company that meets in a bar to discuss work. You get the point. Ask her which bar and then show up.

Two different stories on what she is doing? Normally, if someone gives you more than once excuse...they are not telling you the real one. Ask her what place she is going to. Show up or not show up (don't let her know you are going or that you are there), but tell her you didn't see her there. If she said they changes their minds and went somewhere else,,,,then she went to dinner with the other guy.

Tell her the truth. That because of the past you are nervous and insecure about where she is going tonight. See if she gets angry at what you tell her, or if she attempts to reassure you. All you can do is tell her how you feel.

I probably shouldn't be answering since I"m having some problems with trust as well in my relationship right now.
But as I've found as long as you are prepared for it, its best to go with your gut.

This is why you shouldn't marry a cheater. You are always going to be wondering what she is up to...
