Absolutely! Not as a replacement, but just the feel of that water pulsating on your love zone is quite pleasureable.
When your done pleasing yourself it works great for cleaning your shower too!

I have a double head shower head the bottom one is removeable. It's a wonderful thing God bless whoever invented them.
