probably not - I'd put money on the polar bear

Thats kind of a 'grey' area as they don't really share habitat. However if the ice flows keep on melting maybe the polar bears will come south and they will be hungry and angry.

A hungry polar bear being a pure carnivore would probably kill and eat just about anything it came accross but black bears are pretty smart and pretty fast so they would probably stay well away, leaving other more curious less intelligent animals for the polar bear to eat (probably hairless apes).

Probably not. The polar bear is NOTORIOUSLY ill tempered. It would probably eat the black bear.

Nope. They occupy the same niche in the cohabitable zone. Thus, they would compete.
