Suprisingly enough - no, I never did. If I didnt know something, Id ask someone for help.
While I was still working, it was actually quite the contrary - I knew everything far too well, did everything I had to do in half the time, and spend most of my time playing Solitair on my PC! haha

I have to lie to people to get them to do what I want, take a bath, change their depends, get them to get the heck out of bed, get dressed. And I have to be nice all the time to them and their families whether I feel like it or not or I'll be "reported." I would give myself an A at faking. I'm a CNA.

Some days I spend up to 5 or 6 hours chatting on IM with people.... my boss hears typing, typing, typing and thinks I'm hard at work :)

Yes, it's not hard to BS your way through a conversation about insurance...but I am very honest with my insureds and if I do not know something I call someone to find it out.
