Have you looked into having it removed? They have a very non-invasive laser surgery that can get rid of it. And in my opinion, though I'm not a doctor, it's probably better to have it removed, if possible, before it bursts and causes you extreme pain.

Emotional pains are more difficult to handle . Physical pain can be handled with pain killers.

do you have any pain killers at hand?
if not just do gentle walking and take sips of water to ease the pains. when you get home have a relaxing bath and put your feet up :)
