Well, the electricity can go out - and there goes the electric blanket. The hot water bottle eventually goes cold. I'll stick with body heat. It's always dependable.

It would be silly to have all three - water bottle /electric blanket is not a good idea.

I prefer body heat of Fiance

My hubby would kill me if I put a hot water bottle in the same bed as an electric blanket, if I didn't electricute myself first that is!
He's far better than any device, he is always just the right temperature to snuggle up to!

I bought a foam mattress for a pretty penny at Home Depot last year. It is super comfy and somehow it retains your body heat! It is just incredible. I am not recommending a little couple inch foam mattress. . .but the entire thing. . .like 10-12 inches deep. It will be the best and warmest sleep you have ever had! Totally worth the money!

We used to have an electric blanket.....until I hit the menopause. Now I have my night sweats to keep me warm!
My partner keeps his distance until I get the cold feeling, then he scoots over for 5 mins until the next hottie hits me!
Looking forward to the electric blanket in the future...
