No they are more like Dorothy who mild and meek as she was never gave up until she reached her goal. She did reach her goal even though the Wicked old Conservatives, I mean Witch threw up every obstacle she could to block her path.

Actually he had courage the whole time but he did not realize it until he was in a "fight or flight" situation towards the end of the movie. Very bad analysis by your behalf. A nice try though.
