If you are free from infections, deficiencies, and free from hormonal disorder and if you don't carry any harmful genes and if you have a healthy outlook then you are healthy.

It depends on what you define as a disease. If you're healthy right now, you're arguably disease free.

If you want to be germ free, that's a different thing.
